  • Registration Fee: 890 zł   490 zlotys
  • Application Fee: 1690 zlotys

plus the following program fees, depending on the program option:

  • SELF Placement program fee: $1290
  • FULL Placement program fee: $1790
Our fee covers health insurance for the whole duration of your stay in the U.S., SEVIS fee and a variety of services at the highest level – we are transparent about the fees, more details in „What’s included” below.

Students applying for the program during the „Early Bird” discount period not only get a discount of 400-500 zlotys, but also more flexible payment deadlines, and, ost importantly, a secured placement in the program, priority in selecting a host employer and the ability to change the host employer.

Payment Schedule

Payments are divided into instalments.

What’s included:

  • DS-2019 form which is the basis for applying for a J-1 visa,
  • insurance for the WHOLE PERIOD of your stay in the U.S. (the work and travel period)
  • SEVIS – mandatory registration in a government system ($35),
  • Interview in English,
  • e-book „TBW W&T USA Program Handbook” featuring useful and exclusive tips on the program, selection of host employers, positions and explanation of necessary procedures and definitions,
  • information about the program,
  • assistance in completing the CIEE application and documents,
  • access to WAT host employers and offers (FULL-placed option),
  • verification of the self-placed job offer form (SELF-placed option),
  • transfer of the program fees to CIEE,
  • visa application support (visa application, appointment scheduling),
  • pre-departure CIEE Orientation (online),
  • regular webinars and meetings with former TBW participants,
  • CIEE’s support during your stay in the U.S.
  • regular communication with TBW during the summer.

What’s not included:

  • visa fee: payable to the U.S. Embassy in Poland: 185$,
  • flight ticket: the price depends on your departure date and destination.

You can book a flight ticket by yourself or with our help. The price of a return flight ticket depends on the date of departure and date of purchase.
