The Registration Form, Residence Card and the WAT Program Agreement are necessary to apply for the program. Other documents can be submitted later, based on the deadlines set in the agreement.

- Program Application (access provided by TBW).
- Proof of student status (a template will be provided by TBW).
- Student ID card copy.
- Passport copy.
- Foreign students need to submit their residence card (Karta Pobytu) valid until at least 1 October, 2025. Residence Card is required at the time of application for the W&T USA program.
